Manage your account and billing

Choose the correct access path

• Individual educators, tutors, parents, and homeschool families can start from Pricing and subscribe for worksheet access.
• Institution educators should accept their invitation and use the institution's active worksheet seat; they do not need to buy a personal subscription for that access.
• Developers who only use the API manage keys and API credits in the developer portal; an API credit pack is not a worksheet-app subscription.

Manage an individual subscription

1. Sign in with the account that bought the subscription.
2. Open Pricing and select Manage subscription, or use Billing in the account menu.
3. In Paddle's customer portal, review invoices, update the payment method, or cancel the subscription.
4. Read the effective date shown in the portal and retain the confirmation for your records.

Update profile and language

• Use the account avatar to open your profile and security settings.
• Use the language switcher in the header to move between English and Spanish.
• Changing the interface language does not translate a worksheet already saved in Recent worksheets; generate in the intended language instead.

Request privacy help

Read the Privacy Notice first. For an access, correction, deletion, or other privacy request, email admin@overthemathwall.com from the address associated with your account and describe the request without including student data.
