Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-20
1. Who we are
Over The Math Wall(the “Service”) is operated under that trade name by an independent operator based in Mexico (“we”, “us”). Our full legal identity is available on request at admin@overthemathwall.com, which is also the contact address for these terms. See also our Legal Notice.
2. The Service
The Service generates printable math worksheets, with optional answer keys, across grade bands from preschool to advanced high school. Worksheets are generated on demand from your selections; features may change as the product evolves.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for educators, parents, tutors, and institutions — it is not directed at children, and children may not register. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and do not share your account.
4. Subscription, trial, and billing
- The Service costs US$5 per month after a free 3-day trial.
- Your subscription includes up to 1000 worksheet PDFs per month, an allowance sized well beyond typical individual classroom use. It resets at the start of each calendar month; unused worksheets do not carry over.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. We do not store your card details.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
- Credit bundles are separate, optional purchases for any account. Bundles are one-time purchases, consumed only for successfully completed generations at one credit per requested exercise (including its answer), valid for 12 months, non-transferable, not money, and have no cash value; any free trial credits are discretionary and revocable. Failed generation requests do not consume credits. See the API Terms.
5. Refunds and EU/EEA right of withdrawal
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription and accessing the Service immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that if you withdraw during the first 14 days you may be charged a proportional amount for the service already provided.
Prepaid API credit packs are a digital consumable: once you have spent any credit from a pack, that pack is non-refundable except where required by law. The same 14-day withdrawal right and express-consent waiver described above apply to credit-pack purchases.
6. Your license to generated worksheets
Subject to these terms and an active subscription (or trial), we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to print, photocopy, and distribute the worksheets you generate for teaching your own students, classes, or household, in physical or digital form. You may not:
- sell, license, or otherwise commercialize generated worksheets or collections of them;
- republish worksheets at scale (e.g. as a worksheet library, book, or website), whether or not for payment;
- remove attribution or branding where it appears.
Publishers and institutions that need broader rights should use the institutional offering or the partner API under the API Terms.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not share accounts or resell access to the Service.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or access the Service by automated means outside the documented partner API.
- Do not interfere with the Service, probe its security, or circumvent usage limits or paywalls.
- Do not use the Service in violation of applicable law.
Fair use. The monthly allowance and other technical limits (such as rate limits on worksheet generation) exist to keep the Service fast and affordable for individual educators. If account activity indicates automated or scripted access, account sharing, or volume clearly beyond individual use, we may throttle requests or suspend the account, with notice where practicable. If you need higher volume or programmatic access, use the partner API under the API Terms or contact us.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, exercise generators, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Apart from the worksheet license in section 6, no rights are granted to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
Worksheets are generated algorithmically. While we work hard on quality, we do not warrant that every problem, answer key, or difficulty rating is error-free or fit for a particular curriculum. The Service is provided “as is”and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Always review generated material before classroom use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 6–10 and 13) survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you advance notice by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you disagree, cancel before they take effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
