Open a recent worksheet

  1. Open the worksheet builder with the same signed-in account that generated the worksheet.
  2. Find Recent worksheets beneath the builder controls.
  3. Use the title, date, time, and problem count to identify the item.
  4. Select Open and wait for the saved preview and controls to load.

Understand history retention

The app keeps only your five most recent successful generations. Saving a sixth removes the oldest entry automatically. History is tied to the person who generated it, even when that person used an institution seat.

History is a convenience, not long-term storage. Download or print any worksheet you must retain.

If a worksheet is missing

  • Confirm you are signed in to the original account.
  • Remember that newer generations may have replaced older items after the five-item limit.
  • Check your downloaded files or printed copies; deleted history cannot be restored from the builder.

Success check

You can distinguish an exact reopened worksheet from a fresh regenerated variation and have exported anything that needs long-term retention.
